Thank you for shopping with Lake Weiss Water & Woods Destinations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all merchandise is custom-made to order through our print partner Printify, each item is created just for you at the time of purchase.
Please review our policy below, designed to ensure fairness and transparency while following Printify’s guidelines.
1. Quality Guarantee
We take great care to ensure your order arrives just as expected. If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To report an issue, email support@lakeweissgetaways.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the problem
A short description of what happened
Once verified, we’ll work with Printify to process a replacement or full refund. You won’t need to return the damaged or defective item.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because every product is printed individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size or color choice
Buyer’s remorse or change of preference
Minor color differences between the product and your screen display
We recommend checking all size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, please email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll confirm shipment details and, if the package is lost in transit, issue a replacement at no cost to you.
4. Order Cancellations
Production begins shortly after your order is placed. For that reason, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After production starts, cancellations or edits are not possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards or digital downloads
Clearance or final-sale merchandise
Personalized or custom designs
